Since I have access to the sec bug in question, I don't think it's at all notable. Ranked sec-moderate, because it requires debugger hooks/debugger to be enabled (i.e. not applicable on normal browser use) and on top required specific behaviour in the debugger for it to trigger in that case. Personally I would even have ranked it sec-low because of the very specific steps that need to be taken before it triggers.
