In case XWayland in combination with your hardware has a problem with XRender, you can try disabling that (restart required) by setting the preference gfx.xrender.enabled to false.

Stupid question, but shouldn't this be a preference in the actual browser settings and not in about:config, if it (at least from what I can see) causes crashes?
