The official SponsorBlock userscript still works fine, I believe. Its non-UI version:

Since it's an important userscipt, I want to use it on my daily basis, and nobody reported any instability issues with the beta version of Greasemonkey for UXP 3.7.0...
Perhaps the SponsorBlock userscript is worth exploring?
