it's been integrated into the AM package manager as palemoon (gtk3) and palemoon-legacy (gtk2).

You should consider doing the same on the Downloads page - move gtk2 down into 2nd position on the page and call it "Legacy". @athenian200 and I have discussed ways like this to begin to push new downloads in the direction of gtk3. I don't know if he agrees, but to me it's a simple retail product placement kind of decision.
