If Google disappeared tomorrow and took all its code on websites with it... then yes. But of course there's inertia when it comes to what Google's stack caused on the web. If Google disappeared tomorrow I know what would happen immediately though: the internet would have massive parts of it totally break. Our stuff would be fine, but a lot of what people consider the mainstream web? it would be all broken and unreachable. And heck, if you are using Google DNS like many people do (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), then your entire internet would be broken until you change that ;P
