"textContent": "> This last month I've increasingly encountered more and more different and various captchas everywhere! (Mostly cloudflare, but also recaptcha on YT\n\nI never encountered \"recaptcha\" on YouTube even though I have no account on YouTube. But since I am on YT multiple times a day and night, if a team at YT is in charge for bot lookout, maybe just maybe they are smart enough to see my IP address and this tells them I am not a bot.\n\nAnd since I visit my usual places everyday, I do not see any other any other turnstiles like CF uses. As an example. I visit the MX Linux forum multiple times of the day and night. and I do not have a registered account at MX.\n\nThere is a user at MX who is also a maintainer for MX who goes by the username of \"dolphin_oracle\" (D_O). MX uses CF. Some of the account users at MX were complaining about having a hard time accessing the forums over there.\n\nI read a post where he stated he would have a look at the settings for CF and change some of the settings so users (and legitimate non registered visitors) would not encounter CF. He did and the registered users and non bot visitors (like me) over at MX no longer encountered CF anymore.\n\nI am guessing the other maintainers of the sites I visit everyday are also doing the same thing. Just a guess on my part.\n\n* * *",
