When I purchase a computer, I make sure the minimum amount of memory a 64 bit computer can access is 16 GB's.

I got this notebook second-hand, used (and abused) at about 130€, back in 2019. It only had 4GB of RAM at the time, and I thought it was more than enough. All I wanted was something, whatever that'd run a 64bit OS for testing purposes. Little did I know then that it was gonna become my primary (and only, in the end) working machine. And seeing that any further expensive purchase would mean shoving at least a few months off my life expectancy I'd be more than happy to keep it working as is until... well... the end.
