We currently don't support the /v flag for regular expressions. It's a (very) new extension to regular expression matching and adds a lit of complexity for unicode character matching that should be pretty niche. Not sure why PiHole relies on it without fallback. Does it need advanced unicode character matching for logins that the /u flag doesn't cover?
