Please report it to Microsoft and restore the file. It's a false positive. Seriously. Please read the thread, it has instructions to exclude Pale Moon from Microsoft's detections.

Also, if you haven't done so recently, you should run windows updates and get the latest detections in case they have finally fixed their issue.
