It is worth noting that Defender's detection is so aggressive that Microsoft had to put out a security advisory for it choosing to nuke their own legitimate root certificates in the certificate store because one of the cert providers had a cert used in something malicious at one point... and they had to tell people to revert their own certificate store back to normal after Defender flagged it. It's pretty obvious they turned their heuristics up to 11 and are willing to take the risk something legitimate gets caught in the crossfire.
