Was able to access duino.lk without issues. I'm on Win7, PM 64-bit.

The OS shouldn't really matter, should it? The browser and it's settings are what matters... I would think.

Since I used a fresh installation of Pale Moon - and consequently the default settings - it turns out that the problem isn't related to the browser settings but to the fact that I'm using 32-bit versions for both Pale Moon and Windows.
