Browser Support • [Bug] Form auto-complete breakage with tab detachment and re-attachment

Reproducible on fresh profile:

1. Have one empty tab open to be able to have a window to bring the second tab back to.
2. Open the second tab, go to any site containing the form where clicking on the form opens the history of inputs, check that you see it.
3. Drag the tab out of the window so it spawns in a new window.
4. Clicking the form still reveals input history.
5. Drag the tab back to the original window.
6. Clicking the form on any site in this tab no longer reveals its history.
