The Cloudflare check doesn't work for me in Pale Moon either (on Windows 7 - 32-bit). However, the Cloudflare check worked in Firefox 115 - 32-bit, so I was able to open the page in Pale Moon using the add-on "Bypass Cloudflare with Backup Browser Cookies".
