Don't know about you, but at the moment it behaves much better for me, everywhere. It's done in about 15 seconds on my old SSE2 PC, with no refreshes and renewed Ray IDs.
The only change I made on my end is allowing HTTP Referers from everywhere to challenges.cloudflare.com/ but I doubt that's what made the difference. Perhaps someone actually worked on it?
