No, they do NOT. I'm beginning to think you're a shill for Cloudflare. I can post on 4chan using Chropera just fine. You don't even understand how the site works, if you're IP Range Banned you can post with a dummy e-mail address in any browser. This is not what's happening here.

Just because it may work for you, it doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Just as is the case for me and Kand here.
