Still keeps looping on Win7, works on Win10, tested with 4chan & imginn. Really don't know why. Maybe some settings on my win7 system are screwed.

You could make a temporary clean new profile in about:profiles and try those web pages on the clean profile without any extensions. You should find out pretty quickly if it's Cloudflare blocking something about your system or not.
