  "textContent": "It's a known problem if you use old extensions based on the addon SDK (these can be identified by not requiring a restart after install, and not having any separate preferences/options dialog; there's just a preferences section for them in the addons manager.\nSomething to do with how they dynamically add their UI elements instead of being coded in static XUL.\nI already use Cookie Masters and it caused no problems; Cookie Control panel on the other hand instantly added a button without prompting for a restart. So disable it and test your toolbar customizing again.I'd say there's no need for it if you already have Cookie Masters.\n\n* * *",
