He is using 32-bit Firefox. But Firefox is a supported browser that they test (probably meaning both bit version and both FF and ESR https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloud ... -browsers/), also, Firefox is using Cloudflare DNS (https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1 ... r-firefox/).. Speaking of, I've recently been seeing a lot of name+number accounts on the 'net (various forums) posting about an issue accessing a site, but then saying that Cloudflare's DNS solved it for them.. Just me?

I also tried 1.1.1.1, but it still didn't work. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using "Windows 7", since the page https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/windows/ only mentions "Windows 10" and "Windows 11". However, "Firefox 32-bit" on "Windows 7" works fine. I use it with the add-on "Bypass Cloudflare with Backup Browser Cookies".
