I have PM set to never remember history, so on close it deletes everything. Not a cache issue.

SSE2 3rd party build on Win7 if that matters. Captcha is broken.

3rd party - is it one of Nuck-TH's contributed builds for Windows SSE2? Or something else?

Wonder if Cloudflare is able to detect and block 32-bit, SSE2, older Windows, etc?
