I wonder if you are running into some type of region blocking, DNS blocking, blocking of your particular IP address, etc? For it to block some and not all seems strange.

As I already said in a previous comment, it can't be a matter of the IP (or DNS) blocking because Firefox passes the Cloudflare check from the same PC and the same IP address.
