Although I'm using Linux it's not a long time since starting building apps and libraries, and it's kinda late for my memory to start learning a lot of things. Back in Windows I did know about pdb files and it would've been easy for me to find them.\nOne thing I remember is that in Linux ELF files (executables and libraries) carry some symbols in themselves - symbols that are stripped off by the strip command, which is performed by the PM script(s) before packing to xz archive. That could just be it but I'm not 100% sure.\n\n* * *",
