I need some feedback from this prerelease. Please provide any, if you can. (64 bit Windows only) This prerelease uses zlib-ng and MSVC's stdlib implementation instead of custom stdlib implementations.

1. Do you think the speed is better then 13.1?

Yes, the Windows version does seem more snappy. I don't have any benchmarks to share, but definitely feels like it is moving along pretty good in comparison to the last version. I watched a streaming video on rumble, and the browser UI seemed to freeze momentarily after the video was playing for about 15 seconds, but after a pause of about 1-2 seconds then everything continued without further hesitation.

I don't have any hardware to try a Loongarch version, that one may be hard to get tested.
