Writing this from the (soon to be) Linux build of Dactyloidae 13.2. Was a pain to compile thanks to zlib but it's finally real.

Not sure what you mean by this. There is a version of zlib in our tree that works fine?

I'm curious to hear about your Basilisk build setup. Are you using the Oracle Linux 8 Docker Container setup that I use for Basilisk releases or something else?

I’m using a VM of Oracle Linux 8, manually installed everything considering my OS X version is too old for Docker.

The zlib in my tree for some reason doesn’t like to compile on anything but Windows without modifications to how it handles SIMD.
