I checked the log and the problem is this:

 Waiting for protocol to start... <-- 554-mail.com (mxgmxus011) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available <-- 554-No SMTP service <-- 554-Invalid DNS PTR resource record

The mail server was just moved to a new host. I'll look into getting the PTR record set for that host, but it may take a while since I have to have support do it for me.
