However, that does provide a 'troubleshoot' button that pops up a window into which you can put a very limited amount of detail (not much more than the error code and they Ray ID) - certainly not everything you get from the troubleshooter. And it goes like a drain, it really does. How a simple window with ONE text box can go so slowly is beyond me.\n\n* * *",
