Found https://browser-compat.turnstile.workers.dev/ which says it's Error 600010, not a supported browser and/or not an updated chromium/firefox browser.

That page has a feedback section that works. I'd suggest we all use it.

Not sure if I'm blind or not, but I can't see or access any feedback section on that page?
