Again parsedValue is what is spit out of the parser when transformList is passed to it.

My reading of it says if the parser returns "none" it should replace it with a "single identity matrix" And transformList can be: 1) An empty string or 2) a valid matrix definition

Edit: Where in the spec text does it say "transformList" can be "none"?
