For a while, I used NewPipe (https://newpipe.net/) on android for watching YT without an account or going to the website. But a few months ago I couldn't play videos anymore and NewPipe told me that YT might have banned my IP address, which I think is the case. So even when I visit the YT website it tells me to sign in to watch videos. But I can watch videos without signing in when I turn on cellular / mobile data (or use a VPN).
