Ok, I was hopeful the latest SDK would work, but it looks like in the 14.x SDK they changed how CoreText is linked and it cannot find it since the location changed in MacOS 10.8 or 10.9.

So unless I find any problems with the 13.3 SDK that is what I will be using going forward.
