Hmm. I'm looking at the branch https://repo.dactyloidae.xyz/Dactyloida ... ranch/13.0 and I think it would be nice if one of the core UXP developers also looked into how useful this would be. I can't comment on optimizations, but lazy loading looks pretty good. Although, I certainly think it's better to move this behavior beyond pref...
