  "textContent": "I use Google Search and Startpage Search and I have no problems using both of them. In fact I used both of them earlier this morning.\n\nThe only two extensions I use are uBlock Origin 1.16.6.1 and Zoom Label (1.3). I do use a theme for my 64 bit linux Pale Moon 34.1 (GTK2) and that theme is Past Modern Revisited 2.11.0 which I have modified in how it looks to my liking by using the Customize Toolbar.\n\nThe OP has something wrong on their end.
