Basilisk • "Add search" feature is missing, probably firefox regression?

In Pale Moon i am able to add search engine by visiting search results page, it just appears in search menu:

In Basilisk there is no such option, it probably was lost during Australis development? Most users migth not notice this because their search engines was already in list

i've tried some extensions, returning old search, but it does not return "Add search" option
