This one is probably my favorite one of them all from that list: file-and-folder-shortcuts-1.4.1-signed.By Yaman Roumani "Create shortcuts to files and folders for a faster and easier access." (I currently have Iview32, 2 text files, Notepad, and Starry Night.exe in my taskbar, at one time I also had Photoshop included but it became superfluous in there so I removed it. It's been a Looong time since I installed this, but if whats left of my memory serves me, you can choose almost any taskbar to put it in: Top,Bottom etc.
