Which tv's are usable without internet on hdmi

My LG is generally fine, but it constantly asks me to enable the internet to accept voice input terms and conditions. IIRC I looked it up earlier and there’s no way to stop it from doing that other than to connect to the internet and accept/deny them. It works fine other than that though. Supposedly Hisense ones work fully offline (last I checked) without annoying pop ups. I’ve read that they can arbitrarily connect to random open WiFi access points to update though, so not sure how true that is anymore.
