btw. I do appreciate highlighting the EU law part. that is not accurate any more with this specific wording since Brexit and we will need to review it. the spirit of the wording is still true. this point however was and is not relevant to court orders regarding compelled logging, just like having a Swiss company publish our Android app isn’t either. This does not make the company vulnerable or increase the risk in this regard. The necessary steps and channels in inter-jurisdictional matters are the same, and our processes set in our legal guidelines are unaffected.
