Does Personal Digital Privacy Consulting sound like an insane thing? Is it already done for indivuduals?

I’ve heard of this being done for wealthy customers with more urgent than usual needs to hide their online activity. Examples might include celebrities, people in witness protection, people with tech savvy stalkers, etc. I’ve only heard of this being done in some podcast a long time ago that I’ve forgotten. Sorry that I don’t have more concrete information. Maybe this will help you think of where to market yourself for this?
