I just had a look at randomly listed accounts and appears do be all avatars and public comments. This site appears to ‘profile’ users of whatever this ‘steam’ thing is using volunteered information. In my view, you’ll just have to comply with the terms and provide what you believe is ‘PII’. I wouldn’t be able to identify anyone from it but I’m not a user so I don’t know. Hopefully someone else can provide an insight here as I just don’t understand the issue. Sorry.
