Apple Music Lossless on Windows 11?

Hi, I only use win 11 (with all Microsoft domains blocked) for gaming and listening to music, and I like Apple Music, there is a browser version, but it doesn’t support lossless (I know there isn’t that big difference, but I have really nice speakers), here are my options: Browser version (no lossless) Microsoft Store, read about privacy concerns here, could Microsoft get my iCloud email? Winget, I believe it just downloads from Microsoft Store as it connects to the licensing domain, but perhaps marginally better as there are less connections Thanks for any help
