Forum issues such as read only mode

The “read-only” notice was up for only around 6ish hours, but it did very much inhibit post and reply creation during that time.

There was also a brief period[1] where the forum was unreachable because the TLS certificate, which is required for functioning HTTPS had expired.

Note that Privacyguides.org was not affected during this, and only the forum/content hosted on Privacyguides.net was affected.
