Just to be clear, we’re talking about the connection from “USER → First Hop / Relay” here. As in, restrictive WiFi environments like school/cafe/airport/hotel/work/certain-nation-state networks. Our QUIC obfuscation doesn’t help with IP reputation things (as @Expert4870 and @nubeovejita27 have noted).

Although we do tend to prefer Mullvad exits with better IP reputation, that’s not a guarantee.
