Firefox new features: freemium VPN, tab notes and more

I have 2 Firefox profiles that I use simultaneously every day. Yesterday, Firefox VPN was made available in my 2nd profile, but it still unavailable in my first.

Why is that?

I use a VPN every day, and both profiles are always connected to the same IP adddress.

So how can this happen?
