ApkPure vs Aptoide vs Uptodown

Hi everone! I bought a second-hand Fairphone 5 and started using PostmarketOS with it. I installed waydroid and it works pretty great! I see that generally people use aurora store or (sandboxed) Google Play for closed-source apps, but what about using obtainium with ApkPure/Aptoide/Uptodown as sources for them? Which of the above three do you prefer in terms of security? Do you know if any of them is more up to date in terms of software versions of apps? Thanks in advance!
