Any cheap SMS rental services out there?

I saw Naiomi Brockwell say that some services you can use SMS on sign up and then they’ll let you switch your phone number to a non-sms service. Idek any good non-sms solutions tho. I think jmp.chat would work. It’s 5 dollars a month and accepts Monero.
