How to make a Google account anonymously

Are you affiliated? I’m wondering the ethics of these sold accounts. Where are they sourced? The prices don’t look terrible $2/account 5 accounts minimum and Monero symbol shown. What’s stopping Google requiring an SMS code once you got the account? And I’d imagine you’d need a good reputation IP address (which comes with hosts of problems) to prevent sms reverification and even still you might be asked.
