Create a warning for OpenSUSE and NixOS due to low package availability

Regime6045: > (Mullvad) isn’t packaged for OpenSUSE but suse supports rpm’s and the official repo can be used. On Fedora, arch linux, you’re also encouraged to use the developer signed build from the AUR/side repo. Regime6045: > doesn’t mean there has to be warning. I agree.
