Wipr 2 uses Apple's new 'URL Filters'

Many thanks for the suggestions. I’m afraid none of these resolve the issue: I don’t think I’ll be using the service anyway. Wipr (and presumably Filtr) doesn’t show what it is actually doing so I cannot be confident that it works. As such, I’ll stick with DNS for now.
