Maintaining our own AppVerifier directory

I think it’s a good idea too , hopefully even add some sort of blockchain verification too ? so we don’t have a single point of trust/failure ? someone made a fork of appverifier with user database : user database · Issue #232 · soupslurpr/AppVerifier · GitHub
