Texas sues Meta, WhatsApp over encryption privacy claims

Link Afaik there’s been a recent investigation recently about this but producing no actual evidence to my knowledge. This lawsuit also doesn’t seem to show any evidence at the same time at this level doesn’t seem like clickbait. Wonder what you guys think
