I provided a pretty serious in-depth response within it, although more about choosing a Qubes OS laptop overall, not necessarily anything about the ThinkPad T480 specifically. The other external response from @shantyspruce was more critical about the ThinkPad T480 and clearly highlights its vulnerabilities.
