Remove cross-platform browser criterion

Apple users > pixel users > GOS (vanadium) users If someone is already using GOS then they know about vanadium and why it’s better. When vanadium will be available on all androids, then it should be added (at least discussed). It might be helpful though to let non GOS users know about better browser even if they should buy another device and/or install different OS. Edit: safari isn’t “allowed”. Safari is recommended to apple users as a good enough option.
